At Grow It Depot, we want you to love your new style, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns or exchanges on all unworn apparel with original tags attached. Our goal is to ensure your wardrobe grows as beautifully as your confidence.

Initiate Your Request

Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

Package Your Items

Place the unwashed and unworn garments in their original packaging, ensuring all hangtags and labels remain intact.

Print and Attach Label

Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and securely affix it to the outside of your return parcel.

Drop Off and Track

Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number; your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
